Requirements
ACADEMIC
Bachelors degree International Relations or its equivalents from a recognized academic institution
KCSE Certificate or equivalent
Masters Degree in International Relations or its equivalent in the relevant field
Ph.D IN International Relations
EXPERIENCE
3 years of teaching and research experience since becoming a Senior Lecturer; or Senior Researcher/Industry experience or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE
Strong proficiency in LMS and digital instructions tools
MEMBERSHIP
Membership in proffesional bodies is required
OTHER
Exellent communication, mentorship and team work skills
Should have evidence of contibution to university life through active participation in derpartmental and faculty activities and good quality teaching attendance of meetings, students academic advising and commitee membership. teaching
