Key Responsibilities

• I. All carpentry works and repairs.
• II. Fixing, PVC, wooden and carpet floors.
• III. Fabrication of partitions.
• IV. Construction of wooden structures and fences.
• IX. Lay slabs on pathways.
• V. Making and repair of furniture, lockers, and shelves.
• VI. Repair of all doors, door frames, Roof Trusses and Roof leakages.
• VII. Doing masonry repair work in all buildings in the University.
• VIII. Fix grills on windows and doors.
• X. Repairing leaking roofs.
• XI. Putting ceramic tiles on walls, for example, bathrooms, toilets and so on.
• XII. Repairing the perimeter fences.
• XIII. Repairing of manholes.
• XIV. Painting work on all University buildings.
• XV. Carrying out any other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
