Key Responsibilities
  • I. Develop institutional direction for cross-Centre partnerships and delivery of services.
  • II. Drive cross-Centre partnerships to enhance initiatives and programmes.
  • III. Drive the implementation of the Student recruitment strategies.
  • IV. Lead development of Centre programmes and initiatives.
  • IX. Monitor facilities through physical checks to ensure sufficiency and conduciveness for use and make reports on the needs for repair and maintenance where necessary.
  • V. Oversee student enrolment for the Centre.
  • VI. Report student statistics to the relevant agencies.
  • VII. Set Centre’s directions for engagement with families, community and other stakeholders.
  • VIII. Prepare budgets through needs analysis to facilitate adequate resource allocation for the Centre.
  • X. Ensure cleaning and hygiene maintenance of all facilities in the Centre’s including waste management.
  • XI. Ensure delivery of quality services and workmanship by contractors and consultants on repair and maintenance works.
  • XII. Oversee payment of utility bills and updating of all accounts.
  • XIII. Any other assignment by your Supervisor.
Requirements
ACADEMIC
A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
ETHICS
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
EXPERIENCE
Have verifiable work experience in leadership or a large institution in the Public Sector.
OTHER
Computer literacy.
